Shipping policy
These terms of delivery are effective from 1st of May 2025.
Please note: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees. In the shopping cart, we provide a flat rate fee. You can see the exact shipping costs after selecting your preferred payment and delivery methods for the order. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits you from the available options, along with the precise shipping cost.
Delivery Time
Once the product gets shipped the typical delivery times vary depending on chosen delivery method and the country product is to be shipped. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are provided if there are out-of-stock items in the shopping cart, and we also notify you immediately of any potential delays after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damages caused by delays. The online store informs about any deviations in delivery times on its website.
Return Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
When returning the product, the customer is responsible for the full shipping costs stated by the carrier. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. The product price will be returned to the customer after Koje has received the product and verified that it is in its original condition.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs paid by you for delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed Package
Failure to collect does not constitute a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we reserve the right to charge the delivery costs.
Problem Situations
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify us of the error in writing within 14 days at the address specified in the Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy section or by calling the telephone number provided in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during transportation, you must immediately file a complaint with the transportation company for the chosen delivery method.
Koje Oy is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or technical disruptions.
